2 Ingredient White Chocolate Fudge

Following my last post’s theme, today I’m making another homemade candy that is super easy and perfect for sharing! It’s white chocolate fudge, and the only two ingredients are white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. I can just see the pralines and fudge packaged in a festive box ready to be delivered to neighbors and friends!


4 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup condensed milk

Festive sprinkles (optional)


Line a casserole dish with parchment paper. The size of your casserole dish will determine the thickness of your fudge. Microwave your chips for about 1 minute and 30 seconds in a large microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds or so. Add the condensed milk to the microwave in a different microwave safe dish (I used a glass Pyrex measuring cup) for the last 15 seconds to warm the condensed milk and ensure it mixes well. Once your chips are completely melted, add the condensed milk to the melted chips and mix until smooth. Your mixture may thicken if your condensed milk is too cool. If that happens, microwave your mixture for 15 more seconds. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, and add sprinkles. Let the mixture cool for at least 3 hours or up to overnight.

If you want, you can halve or double the recipe, just always keep the 4:1 ratio. That is what makes this fudge, not sauce! And as you can probably guess, this took less than five minutes to actually make, and the turnout is so. good. You gotta try this one!
